• Content you upload remains your property. However, by uploading content, you grant DreamDen the right to display, distribute, and promote it as part of the Service.
• DreamDen owns the platform's visual design and software. You may not duplicate, reuse, or modify these elements without explicit written permission.

4. Shipping Policy

DreamDen partners with third-party suppliers to fulfill orders. While we strive for timely deliveries, we do not guarantee shipping within a specific time frame.

5. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Refunds are governed by our Fair Refund Policy, which balances fairness to both the user and DreamDen. Try to return the products before we ship the products. In case once your products have been shipped, it is at the sole discretion of the DreamDen to accept the return or not. 
• Cancellation of accounts must be done via your account settings. Upon cancellation, data related to your account will be deleted after 90 days and cannot be recovered.

6. Modifications and Termination

• DreamDen reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service or any part thereof without notice.
• Accounts may be suspended or terminated at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

• DreamDen provides the Service "as is" without any warranties.
• We are not responsible for:
• Delays or disruptions caused by suppliers.
• Losses due to inaccurate shipping information or mishandled returns.
